A Quality Notice (QN) is an official communication issued by the Quality Assurance (QA) Department to inform all staff about important updates, changes, or requirements that impact compliance, safety, and quality standards within the organization.
These notices may include:

The purpose of the Quality Notice is to ensure that all personnel are informed and aligned with the latest quality and regulatory requirements.
All staff are required to read and acknowledge each Quality Notice individually to confirm their understanding and compliance.
